Terms of Service — Manoo
1. What Manoo is
Manoo is a Claude Code plugin that gives Claude control of the mouse, keyboard, and the ability to take screenshots on the machine it's installed on, in order to carry out actions the user asks it to perform directly on the graphical interface.
2. Plans
Free: full functionality, capped at 25 actions per server session.
Pro: unlimited actions + a local audit log of executed actions. Requires an active license issued by Jamiel García Velázquez ("Corporación Jamiel").
Pro + Web: everything in Pro, plus using Manoo from la API de DeepSeek in the browser through our relay. For now it's available on Linux and macOS; the Windows version is in development. Every session requires approval with a click on the computer. The relay is provided "as is" and may have interruptions.
3. Pro licenses
The license is issued by name, tied to the buyer's email address. It is not transferable to third parties without authorization from Jamiel García Velázquez ("Corporación Jamiel"), who may revoke it in cases of fraudulent use, unauthorized resale, or use that violates these terms. The validity period is stated at the time of purchase (annual or monthly, depending on the plan purchased).
4. Acceptable use
The user agrees not to use Manoo for illegal activities, fraud, unauthorized access to third-party systems, or evasion of security measures; not to automate interactions that violate third parties' own terms of service; and to be responsible for the actions Manoo executes on their machine.
5. Limitation of liability
Manoo is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind. Jamiel García Velázquez ("Corporación Jamiel") is not liable for unintended actions resulting from Claude misinterpreting a request, tool malfunctions, or misuse by the user. The user is responsible for supervising Manoo's actions while it runs — Manoo includes a mechanism that detects when the user has taken control and automatically stops execution, but this does not substitute for the user's own active supervision.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed automatically via Stripe (annual and monthly plans). Manual payment (SPEI bank transfer) is also accepted for special cases. Refund policy: 7 calendar days from license issuance, provided the license has not been used abusively (for example, substantially exceeding the Free plan's limit before requesting a refund). To request one, write to support.
7. Intellectual property
Manoo's source code, the "Manoo" brand, and associated materials are the property of Jamiel García Velázquez ("Corporación Jamiel"). A Pro license grants a right of use, not a right of redistribution or modification for commercial purposes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Mexico (Estado de México).
